Comets
Famous comets

Comets are space objects passing through the Solar System after a substantially elliptical track. They usually circle around the Sun or the big planets.

Some comets have a short period of circulation and we can see them quite often. For others with the huge tracks is hard to calculate their periodicity. By flying around large space bodies, comet paths can change. Many comets observed in the past have collapsed meanwhile.

For our timeline, we chose the most famous comets with their (current) circulation time.
